Job Requirements
- must have a reliable open-bed pickup truck
- must have a smartphone with a data plan
- availability to work evening shifts Sundays from 6PM and Monday through Thursday from 7PM until completion
- ability to carry up to 50lbs without assistance
- able to walk up and down stairs repeatedly during shift hours
- must be physically fit for manual labor
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- experience in physical or manual labor roles advantageous
- ability to operate and maintain a pickup truck
- good communication skills using smartphone technology
- physical fitness to carry up to 50lbs
- reliability and punctuality in adhering to shift schedules
Job Duties
- collect trash and recycling from residents doors at assigned apartment communities
- transport trash to onsite compactors or bins using a pickup truck
- perform duties in evening shifts averaging 1-3 hours
- maintain communication using a smartphone with data plan
- carry loads of up to 50lbs without assistance
- adhere to scheduled shift times from 6PM Sundays and 7PM Monday through Thursday
- ensure cleanliness and satisfaction in valet trash and doorstep trash services
