Job Duties
- Greet customers in a professional and courteous manner
- Process customer payments accurately (cash, credit, debit, and checks)
- Balance cash drawer and prepare daily receipts
- Issue receipts and invoices for services and vehicle purchases
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to appropriate departments
- Assist with basic administrative and clerical tasks as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized cashier area
- Support dealership staff to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
