Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year bartending experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Strong knowledge of liquor types cocktails and garnishes
- Familiarity with cash handling and POS systems
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Willingness to complete liquor liability training within 30 days of employment

- Knowledge of liquor types cocktail recipes and drink preparation techniques
- Strong cash handling and point of sale system experience
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Certification in liquor liability or willingness to obtain within 30 days
Job Duties
- Efficiently maintain bar supplies including preparation of daily requisition as necessary
- Be completely familiar with all kinds of liquor recipes and prices of drinks proper glassware used for each recipe as well as garnishes needed
- Know drink recipes prices and type of beverages available
- Be familiar with accurate cash handling procedures including proper discounting MICROS system or registers bank procedures and tip policies
- Accurately charge guests for drinks and ensure correct intake of all monies
- Anticipate guest needs respond promptly and acknowledge all guests maintaining positive guest relations at all times
- Resolve guest complaints ensuring guest satisfaction in each interaction
- Be formally trained regarding liquor liability within 30 days of employment and every 2 years thereafter
