Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- no driving accidents in the past three years
- no more than two tickets in the past 3 years
- no DUIs in the past 7 years
- must be available to work weekends
- must be physically capable of lifting at least 50 lbs repeatedly
- ability to read, comprehend, and follow memos, reports, and various written and/or oral instructions
- ability to work with minimal supervision

- High school diploma or equivalent
- experience in customer service or community engagement preferred
- ability to communicate effectively with diverse populations
- strong organizational skills
- reliability and punctuality
- basic knowledge of sustainability and recycling practices
Job Duties
- Sort clothing and shoes
- organize donations in carts
- maintain a clean and debris-free site
- distribute flyers to promote the Drop Spots
- assist patrons with patience and professionalism
- remove or paint over graffiti
- monitor surveillance cameras for assigned locations
