Job Requirements
- Minimum of two years of documented fuel servicing experience
- Pass base and flight-line familiarization and competency tests
- Certified qualification to operate fuel servicing equipment
- Valid driver’s license for Arizona
- Compliance with state vehicle operating laws and regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment managing multiple priorities
- Ability to perform duties unsupervised upon certification
Job Qualifications
- Minimum two years of documented experience in fuel servicing operations
- Qualified to perform refuel and defuel services using mobile and fixed fuel servicing equipment
- Certified to operate fuel servicing trucks and direct refueling systems
- Familiar with safety regulations related to aviation and ground fuel servicing
- Ability to inspect and maintain fuel servicing equipment
- Proficient in basic input to fuel automated systems or dispatch log maintenance
- Possess a valid driver's license for the state of Arizona
- Commercial Driver's License (CDL) and experience in aviation refueling industry highly desirable
Job Duties
- Operate refueling and defueling trucks in support of aviation refueling objectives at MCAS Yuma
- Perform fuel servicing operations using mobile fuel servicing trucks and fixed direct fuel servicing systems
- Pass base and flight-line familiarization tests and practical equipment competency evaluations
- Maintain and inspect fuel servicing equipment and systems
- Make basic inputs to the Fuels Automated System (FAS) or maintain dispatch logs
- Actuate deadman control and fire extinguishing equipment during hot pit operations as required
- Comply with safety regulations applicable to aviation and ground fuel servicing operations
