Job Requirements
- Lift up to 25 lbs and use hands and arms repetitively
- Climb stairs in apartment buildings
- Work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Own an open bed pick-up truck (required at most properties)
- Possess a valid driver's license and auto insurance in your name or as an authorized driver
- Have a smartphone to download and use the company's app
- Demonstrate self-motivation and reliability
- Ability to work independently
- Work efficiently without sacrificing quality of service

Job Duties
- Ensure satisfactory completion of nightly doorstep trash collection and recycling
- Utilize assigned trash tote or cart to collect bagged trash from each resident doorstep
- Utilize Trash Butler's field app for efficient timekeeping, check-in, check-out, and reporting
- Safely transport collected trash from open-bed pick-up truck or cart to designated dumpster or chute
- Maintain daily contact with supervisor or manager to ensure effective workflow
- Work quietly and efficiently to minimize noise disturbance to residents
- Adhere to company core values and undertake other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager
