Job Requirements
- lift up to 25 lbs and use hands and arms repetitively
- climb stairs in apartment buildings
- work outdoors in various weather conditions
- own an open bed pickup truck (required at most properties)
- possess valid driver’s license and auto insurance in your name or as authorized driver (mandatory for properties requiring a truck)
- have a smartphone to download and use company’s app
- demonstrate self-motivation and reliability
- ability to work independently
- work efficiently without sacrificing quality of service
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- customer service experience is a plus
- ability to operate company’s mobile app for work-related tasks

Job Duties
- ensure satisfactory completion of nightly doorstep trash and recycling collection
- utilize assigned trash tote or cart to collect bagged trash from each resident doorstep
- use Trash Butler's field app for timekeeping, check-in/out, and reporting
- safely transport collected trash using open-bed pickup truck or cart to dispose of in dumpsters, compactors, or chute rooms
- perform additional services including porter service, bulk item hauling, pet station waste removal, pressure washing, compactor clean-up, and light cleanliness tasks
- maintain daily communication with supervisor/manager for workflow
- work quietly and efficiently minimizing noise to avoid disturbing residents
- adhere to company core values
- perform other duties as assigned by supervisor/manager
