Job Requirements
- Lift up to 25 lbs and use hands and arms repetitively
- Climb stairs in apartment buildings
- Work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Own an open bed pick-up truck (required at most properties)
- Possess a valid driver's license and auto insurance (mandatory for truck-required properties)
- Have a smartphone to download and use company app
- Demonstrate self-motivation and reliability
- Ability to work independently
- Work efficiently without sacrificing quality of service
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Customer service experience is a plus

- Commitment to delivering excellent doorstep valet trash services

Job Duties
- Ensure satisfactory completion of nightly doorstep trash and recycling collection
- Utilize the assigned trash tote or cart to collect bagged trash from each resident doorstep
- Utilize Trash Butler's field app for efficient timekeeping, check-in/out, and reporting
- Safely transport collected trash from pick-up truck or cart to designated dumpster or chute
- Maintain daily communication with supervisor to ensure effective workflow
- Work quietly and efficiently to minimize disturbance to residents
- Adhere to company core values and undertake other assigned duties
