- Own personal open-bed pickup truck or vehicle with trailer
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
- At least 18 years old
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Smartphone with data plan
- Ability to work independently and follow routine
- Capacity to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions

Job Duties
- Collect bagged trash and cardboard from apartment doorsteps and transport to on-site compactor using personal vehicle
- Service one or more nearby apartment communities per shift within local area
- Walk property, climb stairs, and work outdoors during shifts
- Use company mobile app to check in, track work, and take photos as needed
- Avoid long-distance travel, bulk items, or off-site dumping
- Follow consistent daily routine independently
- Ensure timely trash collection for residents each service night
