Job Requirements
- Own a personal open-bed pickup truck or vehicle with a trailer
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
- Age 18 or older
- Smartphone with a data plan
- Authorization to work in the U.S.
- Ability to work independently and follow a routine
- Physical ability to lift and carry 50 pounds
- Ability to walk long distances and climb stairs
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Job Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- Valid driver’s license
- Auto insurance
- Ability to use a smartphone and mobile app
- Experience working independently
- Strong work ethic
- Ability to follow a routine
- Physically able to lift up to 50 pounds and walk long distances
Job Duties
- Collect bagged trash and cardboard from apartment doorsteps and transport it to the on-site compactor using your personal pickup truck
- Service one or more nearby apartment communities during your shift, all within the same local area
- Walk the property, climb stairs, and work outdoors during your shift
- Use the mobile app to check in, track your work, and take photos when needed
- Follow a consistent routine independently
- Maintain safety protocols by wearing provided gloves and safety vests
- Provide reliable and timely doorstep trash collection services each evening
