Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- high school diploma or GED
- previous baking experience required in grocery, bakery, or restaurant setting
- experience with donut sheeter preferred but not required
- ServSafe certification preferred but not required
- ability to lift 30-50 pounds frequently and occasionally up to 65 pounds
- availability to work overnight/early morning baker shifts
- holiday and weekend availability

Job Duties
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers promptly
- answer questions and assist with purchases
- making, frying, icing, and finishing donuts
- making donuts from dough mix or frozen dough
- making all varieties of donuts and determining which to fill and frost each day
- cleaning up the glazer and all other equipment related to the position
- filtering the donut grease each week
- preparing dough for the following day and communicating with the bakery team
- following recipes to deliver high-quality baked goods
- making/preparing store-made items such as cookies, rolls, breads, muffins, or other baked goods
- weighing, measuring, and mixing raw ingredients
- safely operate equipment such as fryers, donut hopper, filter system, oven, and mixer
- bench work including scaling and shaping dough
- assisting in receiving and optimizing bakery products in the freezer
- organizing and restocking supplies
- maintaining stock and visual merchandising of dessert, doughnut, pastry, and artisan bread cases
- maintaining general sanitation, food safety, and food storage practices
