Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL)
  • minimum 1 year experience operating forklifts and commercial vehicles
  • must be at least 21 years old
  • ability to comply with DOT regulations
  • valid endorsements including hazmat, tanker, and doubles
  • proficient in English communication
  • U.S. citizenship or legal authorization to work
  • physical ability to perform manual labor and operate warehouse equipment safely
  • able to work a flexible schedule, including part-time hours

Job Qualifications

  • Forklift operator certification
  • impeccable customer service and dedication
  • valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) in resident state
  • hazmat, tanker and doubles endorsements
  • 21 years of age or older
  • meet all Department of Transportation (DOT) and company requirements
  • ability to safely perform essential job functions
  • able to read, write and speak English
  • U.S. citizen or authorized to work in the U.S.
  • strong organizational and time management skills

Job Duties

  • Operate yard trucks to manage dock needs and maintain a safe, clean environment
  • print Bill of Lading for daily deliveries
  • process and palletize damaged penny and Return to Vendor merchandise
  • follow all safety protocols to ensure a secure workplace
  • help maintain and care for dock equipment
  • unload cargo using cranes or forklifts
  • secure shipments upon arrival and before departure
  • operate a commercial vehicle transporting goods safely and efficiently as needed
  • perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
  • adhere to all local, state and federal transportation regulations and safety protocols
  • maintain accurate driving logs for hours, routes, and cargo conditions
  • communicate with dispatch management about schedules, delays and issues
