Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • No high school diploma, GED, or college degree required
  • No experience required and on the job training provided
  • Availability to work Sunday and Monday from 6:00am to 4:30pm

Job Qualifications

  • One year of prior multi-line reception or dispatching experience preferred
  • Ability to establish effective communication and working relationships
  • Proficient in scheduling and dispatching resources
  • Skilled in maintaining records and compiling reports
  • Ability to recognize and resolve operational issues
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Aptitude for monitoring and coordinating resources
  • Effective interpersonal and client service skills

Job Duties

  • Establish and maintain effective communication and working relationships with clients, co-workers, shift coordinators, supervisors, and managers
  • Schedule and dispatch resources including team members, crews, equipment, or service vehicles to appropriate locations per customer requests and specifications using radios, telephones, and computers
  • Ensure timely and efficient movement of resources according to work orders and resource schedules
  • Oversee all communications within assigned areas
  • Receive or prepare work orders and work schedules
  • Record and maintain files and records of customer requests, work performed, inventory, and other dispatch information
  • Recognize and mitigate issues within the department and other work environments
  • Confer with clients and supervising personnel to address questions, problems, and resource requests
  • Monitor resources and utilization to coordinate services and schedules for optimal efficiency
  • Compile statistics and reports on work progress
  • Monitor daily services and provide updates and reports
  • Comply with all safety, security, compliance, and quality standards and procedures established by the company, clients, and regulatory authorities
