Job Requirements
- minimum age of 18 years old
- authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
- able to pass a background check
- able to pass a drug screening
- willingness to work Monday-Friday from 3:30 pm to 8:00 pm including holidays
- ability to stand for extended periods
- willingness to complete BLS certification training provided by the company
Job Qualifications
- no prior dishwashing experience required
- ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- basic knowledge of sanitation and cleanliness standards
- willingness to obtain Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- strong attention to detail
- good communication skills
- ability to follow instructions closely
Job Duties
- ensure that the dishwashing area is maintained as a clean, safe and sanitary area
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards for china, glassware, tableware, pots, pans, and cooking utensils using machine and manual cleaning methods
- follow all health and safety regulations related to dishwashing
- report any maintenance issues or safety hazards in the dishwashing area
- assist with other kitchen duties as required
- comply with company policies and procedures regarding cleanliness and safety
