Job Duties
- Scrape, rinse and load dishes into machine
- maintain a positive attitude and cooperative work environment
- always stay consistent with Maine Beer Company's mission of "Do what's right" and our core values
- demonstrate strong work ethic to meet the demands of the business
- wash all dishes, utensils, glassware and pans
- clean, sanitize and maintain dish machine
- change water of machines and sinks every two hours, or more depending on the volume of business
- empty trash containers as needed
- maintain a clean work area by mopping and sweeping as needed
- perform daily closing tasks
- perform additional cleaning tasks as requested
- assist in bussing and sanitizing tables
- maintain communication with Head Chef and other coworkers
- abide by dress code applicable to food safety
