Job Requirements
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- strong communication skills
- willingness to comply with all food safety requirements
- must have Thursday-Sunday night availability
- ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks such as walking, climbing stairs, stooping, kneeling, crouching, bending, stretching, and lifting up to 50 pounds
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in a kitchen or dishwasher role preferred
- strong communication skills
- ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- willingness to comply with all food safety requirements
Job Duties
- Uphold cleanliness and sanitation standards for culinary operations, equipment, and tools
- maintain a safe and sanitary workstation
- wash dishes, pots, pans, and glassware using a machine and by hand
- perform deep cleaning on equipment and within the facility itself as assigned
- report any malfunctioning equipment, cleaning tool needs, or chemicals necessary
- remove trash and recycling from the facility, and clean waste collection bins
- sweep, mop, and scrub floors
