Job Requirements
- must be 16 years of age or older
- ability to be mobile and on your feet for extended periods
- ability to reach, bend, stoop, lift, wipe, sweep, and mop
- ability to lift and carry weight up to 40 pounds
- availability for part-time shifts
- willingness to learn and be cross-trained

Job Duties
- emptying bus tubs
- scraping dining ware free of debris
- soaking dining ware
- running dishes through the washer
- organizing dishes on the drying rack to allow all dishes to fully dry before use
- maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards
- supporting other workstation duties within the restaurant as needed
