Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Plan, organize, staff, direct and coordinate all dining room activities
- Report on dining room status to Director of Dining Services
- Assist with employee scheduling
- Attend weekly meetings and training
- Maintain meal records and submit charges
- Set up for special functions
- Maintain rapport with residents
- Consult with Executive Chef on feedback
- Maintain a safe and sanitary environment
- Ensure staff adhere to schedules and proper attire
- Provide service consistent with high standards
- Operate within budget
- Assess and enhance resident satisfaction
- Plan and execute special functions
- Hire, discipline and evaluate employees
- Supervise wait staff
- Perform waitress duties when needed
- Other duties as assigned
