Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Greet patients and families warmly and professionally
  • Schedule and confirm appointments for patients
  • Manage patient check-in and check-out processes
  • Maintain accurate and organized patient records
  • Handle phone and in-person inquiries with excellent customer service
  • Coordinate with dental staff to ensure smooth patient flow
  • Support billing and administrative tasks as needed
