Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- valid driver's license
- must be able to obtain required licensure and endorsements for operating a box truck
- ability to pass DOT medical examination and obtain DOT medical card
- physically able to lift and move products
- ability to understand and follow safety regulations and procedures
- reliable transportation to and from work
Job Qualifications
- Must be able to obtain the required licensure and endorsement to drive 20-24 foot box truck including a DOT medical card
- experience driving a 20-24 foot box truck preferred but not required
- understanding of how to use a GPS
- ability to lift, bend, push, pull and move products using a pallet jack and/or forklift
Job Duties
- Loading, unloading, and driving a 20-24 foot box truck
- safe and timely delivery to customers with a high level of customer service
- following DOT rules and regulations
- conducting thorough daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- maintaining a clean, professional image of self and vehicle
- assisting with branch warehouse support
