Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- valid driver’s license
- ability to obtain required licensure or endorsement to drive 20-24 foot box truck including a DOT Medical Card
- able to safely operate a 20-24 foot box truck
- ability to lift and move heavy objects
- good physical condition
- reliable and punctual
- ability to follow safety protocols and DOT regulations
Job Qualifications
- Must be able to obtain required licensure or endorsement to drive 20-24 foot box truck, including a DOT Medical Card
- experience driving a 20-24 foot box truck preferred but not required
- understanding of how to use a GPS
- ability to lift, bend, push, pull, and move products using a pallet jack and/or forklift
Job Duties
- Loading, unloading, and driving a 20-24 foot box truck
- safe and timely delivery to customers with a high level of customer service
- following DOT rules and regulations
- conducting thorough daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- maintaining a clean, professional image of self and vehicle
- assisting with branch warehouse support
