Job Duties
- work normal business hours in the morning to late afternoon with limited demand on evenings or closed Sundays
- monitor and follow shift schedules with times Monday - Friday 7 am - 1 pm or 1 pm - 6 pm, and Saturday 8 am - 4 pm
- greet customers upon arrival focusing on world-class hospitality
- move vehicles safely throughout the dealership emphasizing safety and focus
- organize vehicle inventory around the dealership
- perform vehicle washing, parts delivery, and quality control where applicable
- assist with dealership tasks learning operational workflows
- provide unmatched client service in engaging, fast-paced roles
- drive vehicles and customers off-site where eligible and trained
- thoroughly clean new and used vehicles, including washing wheels, pressure washing exteriors, hand drying, and vacuuming interiors
- use rideshare platforms for transportation between locations when necessary
