Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of customer service and/or sales experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work weekend daytime shifts from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Job Duties
- Build strong working relationships with residents and guests by providing outstanding customer service
- Coordinate and host resident events
- Follow up with residents who have submitted service requests to ensure customer satisfaction
- Monitor building security
- Publish resident newsletter
- Exhibit a can do attitude
