Job Requirements
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to follow oral and written instructions

- Ability to work Saturdays through Mondays from 7am to 3:30pm

Job Qualifications
- Less than high school education or up to one-month related experience or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to read two to three syllable words and recognize similarities and differences between words and series of numbers
- Ability to print clearly and speak simple sentences
- Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors, managers, and customers
- Basic arithmetic skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
- Knowledge of American measures of money, weight, size, and length
- Valid driver’s license if driving own or company vehicle, proof of vehicle registration and insurance
- Bilingual is a plus but not required
Job Duties
- Floor care including vacuuming, mopping, carpet spotting
- Surface care including dusting, sanitizing, glass and window cleaning, metal and wood polishing, cleaning blinds and draperies
- Waste removal including emptying trash and recycle bins and transporting waste to proper disposal areas
- Performing light maintenance such as replacing light bulbs and restocking supply cabinets
- Complying with safety rules, policies, and procedures and stopping at-risk behavior
- Following all company protocols, procedures, policies, and rules
- Taking direction and responding to supervision
