Job Requirements
- Must have reliable transportation
- Less than high school education or up to one-month related experience or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to read 2-3 syllable words
- Ability to print clearly and speak simple sentences
- Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors, managers, and customers
- Knowledge of basic arithmetic
- Knowledge of American measures of money, weight, size, length, shapes, distance, and volume
- Required to have a valid driver's license if driving own or company vehicle on business time
- Proof of vehicle registration and insurance required if driving
- Bilingual is a plus, not required

- Familiarity with American measures of money, weight, size, length, shapes, distance, and volume such as cups, pints, quarts, gallons
- Valid driver's license required if driving own or company vehicle
- Bilingual a plus but not required
Job Duties
- Floor care (vacuuming, mopping, carpet spotting)
- Surface care (dusting, sanitizing, glass/mirror/window cleaning, metal/wood polishing, clean blinds and draperies)
- Waste removal (empty trash and recycle bins, transport trash and waste to proper disposal areas)
- Light maintenance (replace light bulbs, restock supply cabinet/room)
- Comply with safety rules, policies, and procedures
- Follow all protocols, company procedures, policies, and rules
- Take direction and respond to supervision
- Use proper personal protective equipment
- Present a professional appearance and conduct
- Understand reporting systems and the environment
- Transport small equipment, tools, chairs, and tables
- Straighten areas such as lobbies and conference rooms
- Clean drop-in desktops between events
- Assist janitorial staff with restocking restrooms and break rooms
- Damp mop floors
- Restroom cleaning
- Glass cleaning
- Restock and organize supplies in janitorial closets and storage areas
- Clean elevators
- Spot clean upholstered furniture and carpets
- Dust open common spaces
