Job Requirements
- Must have reliable transportation
- Valid driver’s license if driving on company business
- Proof of vehicle registration and insurance if driving
- Ability to read and write simple sentences
- Ability to perform basic arithmetic including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
- Ability to follow oral and written instructions
- Ability to communicate effectively with others
- Willingness to use personal protective equipment
- Ability to maintain a professional appearance and conduct
- Ability to work Saturday-Monday 7am to 3:30pm
- Less than high school education or equivalent experience
- Dependable and hardworking
Job Qualifications
- Must have reliable transportation
- Less than high school education or up to one-month related experience or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to read 2-3 syllable words, recognize similarities and differences between words and series of numbers
- Ability to print clearly and speak simple sentences
- Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors, managers, and customers
- Know how to add and subtract two-digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's
- Know American measures of money, weight, size, length, shapes, distance and measures such as cups, pints, quarts, gallons, etc.
- Required to have a valid driver’s license if driving own vehicle or company vehicle on business time, with proof of vehicle registration and insurance
- Bilingual is a plus, not required
Job Duties
- Floor care including vacuuming, mopping, carpet spotting
- Surface care including dusting, sanitizing, glass/mirror/window cleaning, metal/wood polishing, cleaning blinds and draperies
- Waste removal including emptying trash and recycle bins, transporting trash to proper disposal areas
- Light maintenance such as replacing light bulbs, restocking supply cabinet/room
- Comply with safety rules, policies, and procedures and stop at risk behavior
- Follow all protocols, company procedures, policies, and rules
- Take direction and respond to supervision
- Use proper personal protective equipment
- Present a professional appearance and conduct
- Understand reporting systems and environment
- Transport small equipment, tools, chairs, tables, straighten areas such as lobbies and conference rooms
- In between events clean drop-in desktops, assist janitorial staff with restocking restrooms and break rooms, damp mop floors, restroom cleaning, glass cleaning, restock and organize janitorial supplies, clean elevators, spot clean upholstered furniture and carpets, dust open common spaces
