Job Qualifications

- prior food service or retail experience preferred but not required

Job Duties
- Prepare all fudge products and sell to customers
- perform all Ginna’s restaurant functions including deli line, barista, grill, ice cream, baked goods, fudge and other duties as assigned
- follow all food safety guidelines by State and Local Ordinances
- ensure all products are received and stored according to Standard Operating Guidelines
- assist in training new associates on kitchen tools, mentor checklists and SOPs
- ensure cash control and till management per Scheels Cashier Guidelines
- manage and support side work, daily cleaning schedules, opening and closing procedures
- maintain working knowledge of café recipes and prepared foods
- maintain an orderly and clean workspace
- be professional in appearance and attitude, contribute to a positive team atmosphere
- perform basic math operations including addition, subtraction, multiplication and division with money and measurements
- read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals
- write routine reports and correspondence
- speak effectively before groups
- demonstrate strong communication skills
- work assigned schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- prepare various types of food and drinks
