Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • strong typing skills at 35 words per minute or more
  • ability to work part-time including evening and weekend shifts
  • reliable attendance record
  • proficiency with Windows operating system
  • excellent verbal communication skills
  • must be able to work in-office

Job Qualifications

  • strong command of the English language with good spelling and grammar
  • ability to type 35 words per minute or more
  • computer skills in a Windows based environment
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • motivated and compassionate attitude
  • prior customer service experience is a plus but not required
