Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Provide professional, cheerful, and welcoming service to all customers and visitors
- handle all customer communication including incoming phone calls, emails, and service requests
- schedule and coordinate client appointments using maintenance systems eBis and Salesforce
- send appointment confirmations and timely reminders via email and text
- follow up with clients for scheduling their next service and sending satisfaction surveys
- manage pre-arrival, arrival, and departure arrangements at the Authorized Service Center including coordinating ground transportation and rental car services
- adhere to company policies regarding customer service standards, safety guidelines, and security procedures
- accurately handle credit card and cash transactions including issuing receipts and maintaining accountability
- maintain customer records, generate reports, and carry out general administrative responsibilities
- provide support with administrative tasks related to flight school operations
