Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- at least two months of cashier or customer service experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- ability to work varying hours including evenings, weekends and UGA football games
- physical capability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform activities such as walking, bending, and standing
- reliable attendance
- ability to operate office equipment like computers, telephones, copiers, fax machines, calculators
- effective communication skills
- ability to work cooperatively with others
- adherence to airport safety and operational policies
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- at least two months of cashier or customer service experience
- ability to communicate effectively with supervisors and the public
- knowledge of office equipment and basic bookkeeping principles
- mathematical aptitude for cash handling and reconciliation
- ability to operate computer applications
- ability to plan and prioritize daily tasks
- ability to use independent judgment in routine and non-routine situations
Job Duties
- Greet customers and answer telephones
- assist customers with luggage to and from aircraft
- receive and handle payments from customers
- receive fuel orders and relay information to Operations staff
- reconcile invoices with cash box and secure cash drops
- operate 2-way radio and monitor radio system
- maintain general office cleanliness and perform related duties
