Job Requirements

  • Must be able to carry, bend, lift and turn with bags weighing up to 75 pounds

  • High school diploma, GED, or international equivalent

Job Duties

  • Greet passengers and provide a seamless check-in and ticketing experience
  • Utilize reservation and ticketing software to rebook itineraries and issue boarding passes
  • Lift and load customer bags onto baggage belts
  • Interact courteously and efficiently with customers
  • Adapt to varying shift schedules including irregular, extended hours, weekends, and holidays
  • Participate in training and development programs
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
