- ability to carry, bend, lift and turn with bags weighing up to 75 pounds
- high school diploma or GED or international equivalent

- assist passengers by lifting and moving luggage up to 75 pounds
- maintain courteous, efficient, and friendly customer interactions
- work varied shifts including irregular hours, weekends, and holidays
- participate in paid on-the-job training and professional development programs
