Job Requirements

  • Must be able to carry, bend, lift and turn with bags weighing up to 75 pounds
  • 18 years or older
  • High school diploma, GED, or international equivalent
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
  • Authorized to work in U.S. without sponsorship

  • Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software programs
  • Ability to handle physical tasks including lifting bags up to 75 pounds

Job Duties

  • Greet passengers and provide a seamless check-in and ticketing experience
  • Utilize reservation and ticketing software to rebook itineraries and issue boarding passes
  • Assist customers in a courteous, efficient, and friendly manner
  • Lift and move customers' bags onto the belt
  • Work varying shifts including irregular, extended hours, weekends, and holidays
  • Participate in paid on the job training and development programs
  • Provide outstanding customer service creating a positive start to passengers' trips
