Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous retail management or supervisory experience preferred
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Physical ability to bend, lift, carry, reach, and stretch
- Willingness to participate in truck unloading and stocking
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and early mornings
- Commitment to following company policies and procedures
- Ability to interact respectfully and positively with customers and team members
- Must satisfy federal, state, and local legal requirements for employment

- Retail management experience preferred
- Leadership and team management skills
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Knowledge of inventory management and cash handling

Job Duties
- Assist Store Manager in leading and managing adherence to Standard Operating Procedures and Company programs to ensure compliance with applicable laws and requirements
- ensure execution of Company policies and standards

- Ensure all front end policies and procedures are followed

- Plan and lead the execution of class and in-store events in accordance with Company programs
- Lead the omnichannel processes
- Manage and execute shrink and safety programs
- Assist with cash reconciliation and bank deposits
- Assist with inventory processes to include Return to Vendor and Advance Shipping Notice activities as needed
- Assist with the onboarding of new Team Members
- Train, observe, and coach the customer experience team to achieve results
- participate in the performance management process

- Cross train in Custom Framing selling and production
- Lead the delivery of high-quality custom framing solutions on time by planning and managing the completion of the framing workload in partnership with the Store Manager
- Other duties as assigned
