Job Requirements
- Ability to pass a background check
- Ability to pass a tuberculosis (TB) test
- Availability to work from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM
- Must not be a contractor
- Physical ability to perform manual labor and cleaning duties
- Reliable transportation to the McClellanville, SC location
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in cleaning or custodial services preferred
- Ability to operate floor care equipment
- Knowledge of chemical safety and mixing
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good physical stamina and mobility
Job Duties
- Pulling trash and removing trash from building
- Wiping down desks, chairs, furniture and other equipment
- Cleaning restrooms including glass, sinks, toilets, and mirrors
- High and low dusting
- Cleaning glass such as windows or doors
- Cleaning common areas and breakrooms
- Sweeping, mopping and vacuuming carpeted areas
- Using floor care equipment such as scrubbers, buffers, and waxers
- Mixing chemicals according to package instructions
- Removing scuff marks and stains from flooring
- Sweeping and dust/wet mopping floors
- Stripping and waxing during break periods
