Job Requirements
- Work with a basic computer, POS system
- Handling cash and credit cards
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time, occasionally lift heavy boxes, move quickly, and have a sense of urgency
- Maintain a clean and work appropriate personal appearance
- Come to work with a positive attitude and are willing to work well with others
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service experience is an asset
- Ability to work flexible part-time hours
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Friendly, outgoing personality
- Knowledge of basic computer and POS systems
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift moderately heavy items
Job Duties
- Communicate effectively with other staff to ensure that all orders are made correctly and in a timely way - be a team player
- Be reliable, show up to scheduled shifts on-time and communicate scheduling conflicts in a timely manner
- Have excellent customer service
- be positive and polite
- Assist customers by processing their orders at the point-of-sale, taking phone orders, and inputting third-party delivery orders
- Prepare ingredients for all menu items according to proper procedures
- Continuously uphold cleaning protocols throughout the café and lobby
