Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in food service or as a food runner preferred
  • availability to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • excellent interpersonal skills and a team-oriented attitude

Job Duties

  • deliver food orders promptly to guests in the lounge and dining areas
  • assist servers by clearing plates and resetting tables for the next guests
  • ensure that all food is presented according to the company standards
  • communicate effectively with kitchen and serving staff to coordinate smooth service
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the food running stations
  • support the team during high-volume service periods
  • adhere to health and safety regulations in all food handling processes
