Job Requirements
- minimum age 18 or older, based on applicable state & local requirements
- available to work days, nights, as well as weekend and holiday shifts
- ability to read tickets, recipes, prep sheets, and spec charts in English
- able to competently operate the grill, fryers, oven, and other kitchen equipment
- continuous standing, bending, and lifting up to 60 pounds
- exposure to heat of equipment and kitchen environment
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- follow food safety guidelines for cooking, cooling & storage
- follow safety and sanitation procedures
- keep equipment clean and the work area organized
- complete duties without constant supervision
- prep, cook, and plate menu items according to recipe specs
- maintain positive attitude and teamwork
- provide fast service to keep guests happy
