Job Requirements

  • High school education or equivalent
  • Two years culinary or related work experience
  • Ability to work morning, afternoon, or evening shifts
  • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States
  • Fluency in English
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills

Job Qualifications

  • Education from cooking school or culinary institute preferred
  • Minimum two years of culinary or related work experience
  • Intermediate culinary knowledge
  • Proficient knife skills
  • Ability to multi-task effectively

Job Duties

  • Prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner food items per guest orders in accordance with production requirements and quality standards
  • Maintain a safe and sanitary work environment
  • Demonstrate proficient knife skills and intermediate culinary knowledge
  • Multi-task efficiently during various shifts
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations
  • Assist in inventory and supply management as needed
