Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Ability to communicate effectively with others
  • Commitment to making a positive impact
  • Capability to remain stationary and mobile for up to four hours
  • Ability to frequently lift up to 50 pounds
  • Willingness to work in hot and damp conditions
  • Ability to wear protective hand and face coverings throughout shifts
  • Capability to use disinfectant cleaning supplies safely
  • Willingness to wash hands frequently throughout shift

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous cooking or kitchen experience beneficial but not required
  • Ability to communicate clearly and work well in a team
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality
  • Ability to follow safety and hygiene standards
  • Willingness to work flexible schedules
  • Age 18 or older

Job Duties

  • Prepare menu items according to company recipes and standards
  • Communicate effectively with team members and dining room staff
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the kitchen
  • Handle kitchen tools and equipment with dexterity
  • Lift and move items up to 50 pounds safely
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced, hot, and damp environment
  • Follow health and safety protocols including wearing protective gear
