Job Requirements
- possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- be at least 21 years of age
- be able to pass a criminal background check
- be able to pass drug test
- be able to pass physical examination
- be able to pass tuberculosis (TB) test
- be able to pass a search of the child and adult abuse central registry
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- culinary experience preferred
- knowledge of food safety standards
- ability to follow recipes and meal plans
- good communication and teamwork skills
- experience in institutional or large-scale food preparation is a plus
Job Duties
- prepare healthy and nutritious meals for youth and staff
- maintain cleanliness and safety of the kitchen and dining areas
- assist in inventory and kitchen supply management
- collaborate effectively with kitchen staff
- adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations
- support meal planning and dietary compliance
- participate in maintaining a positive and safe environment
