Job Requirements
- Line cook experience in a full scratch kitchen or restaurant
- 2 to 5 years experience on a fast-paced line or working a prep cook line station
- ability to execute flawless dishes in a timely manner
- ability to communicate with a friendly demeanor to all staff
- passionate about service to others and creating exceptional food experiences
- must pass a criminal background check and health screening tests including physical and TB tests
- willingness to comply with COVID-19 related health and safety protocols
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 to 5 years of experience as a line cook or prep cook in a fast-paced kitchen
- knowledge of full scratch kitchen cooking techniques
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work collaboratively in a team
- passion for culinary arts and hospitality
- familiarity with food safety standards
Job Duties
- Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and quality standards
- maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization
