Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work scheduled hours Wednesday to Saturday 6PM - 12AM and Sunday 1PM - 5PM
- ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- proficiency in using basic computer applications

Job Duties
- Greet residents, prospects and visitors with a smile, positive attitude and professional demeanor
- successfully meet the needs of prospective and current residents in person, over the phone or via email with any task or request made, including but not limited to leasing information, community information, neighborhood information and service requests
- maintain extremely high professionalism including appearance, demeanor, customer service and work environment
- create an environment where residents receive value that results in high retention and rent growth
- keep lobby clean and presentable during entire shift including workspace free of clutter
- maintain coffee stations with proper supplies and clean regularly
