Job Duties
- Greet residents, prospects, and visitors with a smile, positive attitude, and professional demeanor
- meet the needs of prospective and current residents in person, over the phone, or via email including leasing information, community information, neighborhood information, and service requests
- maintain high professionalism including appearance, demeanor, customer service, and work environment
- create an environment where residents receive value resulting in high retention and rent growth
- keep lobby clean and presentable during entire shift including workspace free of clutter
- maintain coffee stations with proper supplies and clean regularly
