Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods
- Ability to bend, stoop, climb ladders, reach, carry objects, and crawl in confined areas
- Ability to work inside and outside in all weather conditions
- Ability to push, pull, lift, carry, or maneuver weights up to 25 pounds independently and 50 pounds with assistance
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including taking calls during off-hours
- Occasional travel may be required
- Strong customer service orientation
- Good organizational skills

Job Qualifications

- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Basic computer literacy
- Knowledge of local area resources and services is beneficial
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
Job Duties
- Greet prospects and residents as they enter the office or leasing area and ensure their comfort
- Answer phone calls and route them to the appropriate team member for assistance
- Assist with completed service request callbacks as necessary
- Maintain guest suite scheduling to ensure proper payment and cleanliness upon guest arrival
- Manage and coordinate loading dock and elevator schedules for move-ins and move-outs
- Ensure clubhouse amenities are in tour condition prior to leasing office opening each morning
- Manage all package deliveries by documenting arrival information and notifying residents within 24 hours
- Maintain tracking logs for equipment rentals, dry cleaning services, and other community services
- Assist community team with scheduling, planning, and organizing resident activities and programs
- Keep detailed information on local area restaurants, shops, and delivery services
- Maintain relationships with concierge vendors
