Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods
  • Ability to lift and carry weights up to 25 pounds independently and 50 pounds with assistance
  • Must be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Must be available for occasional travel to support other properties or attend training

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in customer service or hospitality
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Knowledge of local area and community resources preferred
  • Proficiency with phone systems and basic computer applications
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Greet prospects and residents as they enter the office and ensure their comfort while waiting
  • Answer phone calls and route to appropriate team members
  • Assist with completed service request call backs
  • Maintain the guest suite schedule and coordinate loading dock and elevator schedules for move-ins and move-outs
  • Ensure clubhouse amenities are in tour condition each morning
  • Manage and document all package deliveries and notify residents within 24 hours
  • Maintain tracking logs for equipment rentals, dry cleaning services, and other community services
  • Assist the community team with scheduling, planning, and organizing resident activities and programs
  • Maintain detailed information on local area amenities and maintain relationships with concierge vendors
