Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods
  • ability to bend, stoop, climb ladders, reach, carry objects, and crawl in confined areas
  • ability to work inside and outside in all weather conditions
  • ability to push, pull, lift, carry or maneuver weights up to 25 pounds independently and up to 50 pounds with assistance
  • willingness to travel rarely or as needed
  • flexible work schedule including call during evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • previous customer service experience preferred
  • strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • knowledge of local area amenities is a plus
  • proficiency in using computer systems and relevant software

Job Duties

  • Greet prospects and residents as they enter the office or leasing area
  • answer phone calls and route to appropriate team members
  • assist with completed service request call backs
  • maintain guest suite schedule and ensure suite cleanliness
  • manage and coordinate loading dock and elevator schedules for move-ins and move-outs
  • ensure clubhouse amenities are in tour condition each morning
  • manage all package deliveries and notify residents within 24 hours
  • maintain tracking logs for equipment rentals, dry cleaning services, and other community services
  • assist with scheduling, planning and organizing resident activities and programs
  • keep detailed information on local restaurants, shops, and delivery places
  • maintain relationships with concierge vendors
