Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods
- ability to bend, stoop, climb ladders, reach, carry objects, and crawl in confined areas
- ability to work inside and outside in all weather conditions
- ability to push, pull, lift, carry or maneuver weights up to 25 pounds independently and up to 50 pounds with assistance
- willingness to travel rarely or as needed
- flexible work schedule including call during evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- previous customer service experience preferred
- strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- knowledge of local area amenities is a plus
- proficiency in using computer systems and relevant software
Job Duties
- Greet prospects and residents as they enter the office or leasing area
- answer phone calls and route to appropriate team members
- assist with completed service request call backs
- maintain guest suite schedule and ensure suite cleanliness
- manage and coordinate loading dock and elevator schedules for move-ins and move-outs
- ensure clubhouse amenities are in tour condition each morning
- manage all package deliveries and notify residents within 24 hours
- maintain tracking logs for equipment rentals, dry cleaning services, and other community services
- assist with scheduling, planning and organizing resident activities and programs
- keep detailed information on local restaurants, shops, and delivery places
- maintain relationships with concierge vendors
