Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven customer service experience
  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
  • Experience with resident engagement and file audits
  • Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities without supervision
  • Knowledge of property management software and standard office applications
  • Current driver’s license and auto insurance
  • Availability to work weekends and overtime as required

Job Qualifications

  • Excellent customer service experience
  • Ability to pass fair housing exam
  • Relevant experience in customer service or resident engagement
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with file audits and customer service
  • Ability to work independently without direct supervision
  • Proficiency with property operations software including Outlook, internet software, Excel, and Word
  • Valid driver’s license and auto insurance

Job Duties

  • Greet prospects, guests, and visitors as they arrive to the community
  • Provide personalized experience focused on care and convenience for residents
  • Engage with residents to foster ongoing positive relationships and confirm expectations are met
  • Respond to resident complaints and concerns promptly and professionally ensuring positive resolution
  • Act as communication center providing information on community happenings via computer portal and postings
  • Plan, promote, and deliver resident events and activities to enhance resident engagement
  • Identify, communicate, and implement opportunities to improve resident happiness and service
