Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of customer service experience, ideally in hospitality or luxury residential settings
- strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
- a polished, professional demeanor and a proactive attitude

- reliable, detail-oriented, and able to maintain confidentiality

- familiarity with Yardi, Building Link or similar platforms is a plus

Job Duties
- Greet residents, guests, and vendors with warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail
- serve as the central communication point for resident inquiries and assistance requests
- manage package deliveries, shipping, and package room organization
- coordinate elevator reservations and after-hours move-ins
- handle lockouts, key tracking, and visitor access per community policy
- assist with vendor check-ins, deliveries, and service coordination
- monitor security cameras and promptly escalate safety or policy concerns
