Job Requirements
- Prior experience in a customer service environment preferred
- Current CPR and First Aid certifications mandatory or willingness to obtain
- Outstanding oral communication skills with clear speaking voice
- Excellent organizational abilities with capability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Ability to handle stress and respond with sound judgment during emergency situations
- Strong commitment to a resident and customer-focused approach in problem-solving
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Welcome and assist residents and guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer resident inquiries promptly and effectively
- Address residents' basic needs ensuring satisfaction
- Monitor emergency response systems for safety and compliance
- Manage all incoming calls and direct them appropriately
- Respond calmly and decisively to emergency situations
- Maintain accurate records of resident interactions and issues
